Services Along the Nile International Ethiopia is committed to enhancing the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of health care in Gurage Zone, Abeshge District, Walga District. Our focus is on promoting evidence-based primary care and preventive services while ensuring Basic care for the local population and surrounding communities.
The health program is implemented through the “Walga Health Center Allied Health Services Project”, which aims to provide integrated health services for seven kebeles, serving a total population of 27,984 and beyond. The project ensures that health services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with modern health care standards.
Walga Health Center integrates curative and preventive care under one roof, ensuring a holistic approach to health. By combining modern facilities, trained staff, and evidence-based practices, we aim to improve community health outcomes, reduce preventable illnesses, and empower individuals to lead healthier lives.
At Walga Health Center, health services are delivered through two main streams: primary care and preventive services, supported by a fully equipped laboratory, pharmacy, radiology unit, and a digitalized Prime Care system.
